This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all products purchased from ArgusCNC.com.

1. Warranty Coverage

All eligible products sold by Argus Technologies are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

Standard Warranty Period:

CNC Machine Accessories & Workholding Products – 6 to 12 Months (varies by product)
Industrial Fasteners & Clamping Components – 6 Months
Custom CNC Components – As per agreed quotation terms

The warranty period begins from the date of invoice or delivery, whichever is earlier.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers:

Manufacturing defects
Material failures under normal usage
Structural defects due to production faults
Performance issues caused by internal manufacturing defects

If a defect is confirmed, Argus Technologies will:

Repair the product, or
Replace the defective product, or
Provide store credit (at our discretion)

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Improper installation or misuse
Damage due to overload, improper torque, or incorrect application
Accidental damage
Modifications or alterations
Corrosion caused by environmental factors
Products used outside recommended CNC machining parameters

Products damaged due to improper clamping pressure or machine misalignment are not covered.

4. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

Email us at info@arguscnc.com
Provide:
- Invoice copy
- Product name & model
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Description of issue

Our technical team will review the claim within 3–5 business days.

If approved, we will provide further instructions for return or replacement.

5. Return Shipping for Warranty

If the claim is approved, replacement shipping within India will be covered by Argus Technologies.
International customers may be required to bear return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.
The defective product must be returned for inspection when requested.

6. Limitation of Liability

Argus Technologies shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Production downtime
- Loss of profits
- Labor charges related to installation or removal
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase value of the product.

7. Industrial Usage Disclaimer

All products sold on ArgusCNC.com are intended for industrial and professional CNC machining applications. Proper usage according to machine specifications is mandatory for warranty eligibility.
