Argus Technologies supplies precision CNC tools, zero setters, clamping accessories, and industrial machining components intended for professional and industrial use.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if:

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The product is returned in original packaging

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is not damaged due to misuse or improper installation

Returns must be approved before shipping the item back.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

  • Clearance or special-discount items (unless defective)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. Attach product images (if damaged or defective)

After approval, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after:

  • Inspection of returned product

  • Verification of condition

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear images of the issue

We will arrange replacement or refund after verification.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 7 business days.

8. Warranty Claims
